TWC – Vineyard Discovery (22nd & 23rd June 2013)
Tentative schedule:


SAT:

1.30 P.M:   Reach Nashik, Check into hotel (3 Star Hotel in Nashik Town, not in any Vineyard). Hotel Accommodation on twin-sharing basis

2.10 P.M:   Meet at lobby to begin the TWC's mystical wine tour.

2.20 P.M:   To board the TWC transport and begin the vineyard journey. TWC Wine Guide to join the group to take you through the vineyards and to assist you in picking up the rudimentary traits of wine tasting.

3.00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M:   Visit to SULA winery & vineyard for a guided tour and Wine Tasting (included in the package).

5:15 P.M. - 7.00 P.M:   Tour of YORK winery & vineyard followed by Wine Tasting (included).

8:00 P.M:   Return back to hotel.

SUN:

8.30 A.M:   Breakfast at hotel (included in the package)

9.15 A.M:   Pack baggage and leave the same at the hotel cloakroom.

10.00 A.M:   Journey to Zampa (Vallee de Vin) Winery & Vineyard, up on the hills. Wine Tasting included in the package.

11:00 A.M:   Leave for a boutique Winery and Vineyard followed by wine tasting.

1:00 P.M:   Return to hotel for lunch (included in the Package).

2:00 P.M. - 3:30 P.M:   Departure from Nashik.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Wine Club (TWC) - Vineyard Discovery Programme is spread across 1 night stay at a Nashik hotel and two partial day visits through local vineyards. Individuals having attained the 'Legal Drinking Age' (i.e. 21 years for Maharashtra) on the date of travel can take part in this programme.
  2. The offer includes one night Hotel stay + Dinner + Breakfast + Guided Tour to three local vineyards (York, Zampa and Sula) and Wine Tasting (1Galss each – up to 3 variants at each vineyards).
  3. The Travel for the vineyards would be done using a suitably hired vehicle (Bus). In case any customer chooses to use his/her own vehicle, no discount or refund would be offered or made.
  4. The Basic Package (cost) covers within Nashik vineyard journeys and not transportation to reach and depart from Nashik. The price is offered on the basis of 2 persons sharing one double AC Room. If an extra bed is required, that would be charged separately by the concerned hotel and is to be paid to the Hotel directly. Similarly for any additional service(s) sought and rendered would be charged separately.
  5. It is expected that customers will be using their own means of transport to reach Nashik. However, TWC can provide assistance through our empaneled Travel Agents for the same. In such cases, customers would have to directly do commercial transactions with the concerned Travel Agent(s).
  6. The stay is at a hotel in Nashik Town and not at any vineyard.

  8. This offer once booked can't be cancelled. No Refund is possible.
  9. For group bookings, (more than 16 heads) special packages could be offered.
  10. Postponement after confirming the date - Customers may seek to postpone their vineyard tour after they have paid and confirmed the journey (on 22nd & 23rd June 2013). For such request the customer should intimate TWC through email at tours@thewineclub.in at least 96 hours (4 days before) the departure date. TWC would try to accommodate such request based on availability of seats for the future journey schedules.
  11. Please note that the tours involve wine tasting and there is no refund if customers choose not to taste wine or are non-drinkers and just accompanying their friends/partner.
  12. Please carry proof of age with you while on the vineyard tour. Vineyards may request to see such Age Proof documents.
  13. Testing of TWC identified and chosen wines are included in this package. For tasting of Optional or Premium or Reserve wines, one has to pay separately. One can buy such items from the concerned wineries directly.
  14. 14. If the customer is driving his/her own car to reach or move out of Nashik, he/she should exercise adequate caution and shall not drink alcohol beyond permissible limits for driving in Maharashtra. TWC support moderate and responsible drinking and strongly advice to use a non-drinking driver for such journey.
  15. Provisional Booking: Customers can fill in the Provisional Booking Form by clicking here. Our Customer Care Executive would call you to obtain further details and Age proof before passing on the payment transfer details.
  16. Payment: After receiving your Provisional Booking request along with the age proof, TWC bank account would be intimated for direct crediting or transfers. Customer would have to scan and email the copy of such deposit slip/transfer documents for verification. The Tour Passes would be issued subsequently.
  17. TWC would try utmost to delight all guests taking this Vineyard Discovery Programme and humbly seek co-operation from the participants.
  18. TWC reserves the right to cancel or postpone this journey due to unavoidable circumstances without showing any reason what so ever. In such case, TWC would organize to refund the fee collected (without any interest or damage), if the revised date is not agreeable by the customer.
  19. Agreeing to basic T&C of The Wine Club (www.thewineclub.in) is automatic once you agree with this T&C.
  20. Any dispute arising out of this programme is subject to jurisdiction of competent courts in Kolkata.
